Terms of Service

Agreement

By using the letsmotion website and services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. letsmotion is based in Ontario, Canada and serves customers worldwide. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person; do not share accounts or license keys with others unless the product terms allow it.

Products and licenses

When you purchase a plugin or other product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use it in line with the product description and any license terms shown at purchase. One-time licenses and subscriptions include 2 seats (activations on up to 2 devices) unless stated otherwise. Credit-based products are not limited by seats—you can use them on any device. Licenses are for your use only unless we state otherwise. We may revoke access if you breach these terms.

Subscriptions

Some products are offered as subscriptions. Each subscription includes 2 seats (devices) unless stated otherwise. You are charged at the interval you chose (e.g. monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or via the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable; we do not refund full or partial periods unless required by law.

Credit-based products

Some products are credit-based: you may subscribe for a monthly credit allowance (credits reset each billing period) or buy one-time credit top-ups (purchased credits do not expire). Usage is deducted from your balance. Credit-based access is not limited by seats—you can use it on any device. Subscription credits are non-refundable; one-time credit top-ups may be refunded within 7 days only if you have not used any of the credits (see Refund policy below).

Refund policy

7-day money-back (one-time purchases): We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase for one-time purchases (e.g. license keys or one-time credit packs) if you have not yet used or downloaded the product (and, for credit packs, have not used any credits). After you have used the product, received a license key, or used credits, we do not offer refunds for digital products.

Subscriptions: Subscription fees (plugin subscriptions and credit subscriptions) are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

To request a refund that meets the above conditions, contact us at hi@letsmotion.net with your order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible and may take several business days.

Payment disputes and chargebacks: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If you have a billing issue, please contact us first at hi@letsmotion.net so we can resolve it. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for valid purchases may result in suspension of your account and access to products.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break any law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or others’ accounts, or use the products in a way that violates their license terms. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have breached these terms.

Disclaimers

The Service and products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our liability is limited as set out in the next section.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, letsmotion and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or CAD 100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; where they apply, our liability will be limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms. For material changes, we may also notify you by email or a notice on the site.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable there. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Ontario.
