letsmotion is a company based in Ontario, Canada. We provide motion plugins and related digital products. When you use our website or services, we process your information as described in this policy.

• Account data: email address, name (if you provide it), and password (stored securely by our auth provider).
• Payment data: we do not store your card number. Payment processing is done by Stripe; we receive and store order details, customer identifiers, and subscription status as needed to fulfill orders and manage licenses.
• Usage data: we use cookies and similar technology to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (see Cookies below).

How we use your information

We use your information to create and manage your account, process payments, deliver license keys and product access, send order and account-related emails, and to run and improve our website (e.g. keeping you logged in and saving preferences).

Who we share with

We work with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — hosting, database, and authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We use cookies and similar technology for:

• Strictly necessary: signing you in and keeping your session secure.
• Preferences: remembering settings (e.g. sidebar state) so the site works the way you expect.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with law, and resolve disputes. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data; no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
